Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all Vhita tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
